ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- Authorities arrest a Liverpool man and charged him with distributing, receiving and possessing child pornography.

The arrest comes after an undercover State Police investigator received three video files from Stephen Bennett, 58, through a file sharing network.

Bennett is a convicted sex offender. He faces 15 to 40 years per count for the distribution of child porn and another 10 to 20 years for possession.

Bennett also faces up to $250,000 in fines for each count. He is due back in court on June 19th.
