SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- On what would have been his second birthday, family members of 20-month old Rashaad Walker Jr. gathered to honor his memory. At midnight Walker's family unveiled a billboard on South Salina Street. They hope the billboard will help stop gun violence and prevent anymore senseless deaths.

The toddler was killed during a shooting on Coolidge Avenue in November.

Sequan Evans, who police say was a member of the Bricktown gang, was arrested and charged with murder in the case. Police say Evans was looking for members of the rival 110 gang and that the toddler's father, Rashad Walker Sr. was the intended target.
