Two varieties of barrenwort that grow very well in dry shade

Dry shade is a really hard place to grow plants because there is no water or light, especially near roads where lots of salt is left in the winter. However epimedium, commonly known as barrenwort, grows very well in dry shade. For this edition of Garden Journeys, YNN’s Terry Ettinger shows us two color varieties of this plant: epimedium rubrum, a red variety, and epimedium frohnleiten, a yellow variety.
