That is the team's mantra despite coming off a disappointing 11-win season last year.

The Bearcats' biggest loss is Erica Carter, their 2nd leading scorer and all-time 3-point shooter.

But a strong group of guards is returning including second-team all conference player Andrea Holmes and the team's lone senior, Jackie Ward.

The Bearcats say they have under-achieved the last couple of years and not played up to their talent.

So, they have returned with a new mentality and say this year will be different.

For the third straight year, the Bearcats will open up the season against St Bonaventure on the road.
