BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - Playing past regulation for the sixth-straight game, the Syracuse Crunch increased their point streak to 10-straight games with a 2-1 overtime victory at Binghamton.
Kyle Cumiskey put in the game-winner off a B-Sens defenseman 2:41 into the extra period. The victory keeps Syracuse in seventh place in the Eastern Conference playoff race with six games remaining, one point ahead of Manchester and now four ahead of Adirondack.
Iiro Tarkki made 28 saves for Syracuse, which plays Binghamton again Wednesday at the War Memorial.
