Man charged in Hathorn Court shooting scheduled to be arraigned
CHEMUNG COUNTY, N.Y. -- One of the men charged with murder in the death of an Elmira man who was sleeping in his apartment is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
Demetrius Molina, 23, is being held without bail on charges including two counts of second degree murder, second degree attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of criminal use of a firearm. He was arrested over the weekend.

Molina is accused of firing shots outside the Hathorn Court apartment complex in August. That's when a stray bullet hit Maurice Davis, 51, killing him in his sleep. Another man, Romondo Ross, was indicted on similar charges by a grand jury last week.
