ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Three jurors were selected on Wednesday for the re-trial of accused murderer Wayne Oxley. Oxley is accused of beating his neighbor, Bernard Trickey Jr., to death with a baseball bat in 2005.

Oxley was found guilty in 2006, but the conviction was overturned after it was determined a judge wouldn't allow a witness to testify.

Judge Jerome Richards says jury selection could take a week and the trial could last as long as three months.
