ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury selection is set to begin in the third murder trial for Wayne Oxley.

The Ogdensburg man is accused of beating his neighbor, Bernard Trickey Jr., to death with a baseball bat in 2005. A conviction in the first trial was overturned and the second trial ended in a hung jury.
