ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Jury selection will continue for a third day in the Wayne Oxley murder re-trial.

Seven jurors were seated Wednesday after not being able to choose any on Tuesday.

Oxley is now on trial for a third time for the death of Bernard Trickey Jr. Oxley is accused of beating Trickey to death with a baseball bat in 2005. The two were neighbors at the time.

The first trial resulted in a conviction in 2006, but it was later overturned. The second trial ended in a hung jury.

This trial is expected to last several weeks.

Jury selection will resume Thursday morning.
