CAMILLUS, N.Y. -- A construction worker has died of his injuries after falling off of a roof. It happened at a Camillus home on North Street just after 3 p.m. Thursday.

Authorities say Harvey Seymour III, 46, of Fulton, was in the process of installing shingles on the roof when he fell from about 30 feet up. They say he was unconscious when they arrived at the scene.

Seymour was taken to Upstate University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

OSHA, as well as the Camillus Police, continue to investigate the accident.
