ALLEGANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Allegany County woman is facing a number of charges after deputies say she was caught selling narcotics to an undercover agent.

Authorities say Akeyia Thagard, 22, of Wellsville, sold a combination of hydrocodone and Percocet to the narcotics agent on three separate occasions between December 2010 and January 2011.

Thagard has been charged with four counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She is being held in Allegany County Jail without bail.
