BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- Police are searching for a Pennsylvania man accused of threatening to kill three people and kidnapping one of them. Troopers were called to a home on Oakhill Road in Ulster, just after 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Christopher Shulas, 34, was in possession of a number of firearms and threatened to kill a 67-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man. However, before troopers arrived, Shulas forced a 29-year-old woman from Binghamton into a vehicle and made her drive him away along State Route 220.

Allegedly, Shulas threatened her life and fired a sawed off shotgun out of the window of the moving vehicle.

According to investigators, the woman was able to get away when Shulas made her stop at a gas station. Shulas drove north on State Route 220 when he was not allowed inside the store.

Police said the weapons used during the incident were recovered, but Shulas should still be considered dangerous. They are asking anyone with information on his location to call investigators at (570) 265-2186.
