SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- It is a busy graduation weekend around the region. A number of high schools held their ceremonies on Friday night, with many more on Saturday and even more to come on Sunday. Seniors at Fowler High School in Syracuse received their diplomas at the Civic Center on Saturday morning.

They said that commencement brings a mix of emotions as they prepare to move on in their lives.

"I really might cry actually, because my whole family's here, and I'm going to see some of my friends for the last time, so it's going to be emotional," said Zoe O'Leary, valedictorian.

Henninger seniors also walked the stage on Saturday, while ceremonies for other Syracuse high schools were held last week.
