UTICA, N.Y. -- Three people were arrested after an altercation with Utica police. Police say they found two women and a man arguing at the Celtic Harp on Sunset Avenue Thursday night. When an officer tried to break it up, the man punched the officer and bit his finger.

During the struggle the women got involved. Assisting officers arrested the females, and they had to Tase the man to get him into custody.

Carmen Zammiello, 23, faces numerous charges including harassment, resisting arrest, and felony assault.

The officer who was attacked was treated at a local hospital.
