ELBRIDGE, N.Y. - Chuck Heading took the checkered flag Tuesday night in the Sprint Car Summer Shootout in a fast race at Rolling Wheels Raceway in Elbridge. Heading won the Empire Sprint Series Sprint Car feature race and the $2,000 prize that comes with it.
