ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY, N.Y. -- Accused murderer Dustin Trimm is back in jail. Trimm is charged with patronizing a prostitute and endangering the welfare of a child.

He had been out on $250,000 bail following his arrest for the alleged shooting death of Jason Wing, 21. Now, police say they received a complaint that Trimm had allegedly solicited a sexual act from a male under the age of 17.

Trimm is also charged with unlawfully dealing with police after they say he provided alcohol for someone under age.

A bail hearing for Trimm is set for later this month.
