BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- With temperatures hitting high 80's this weekend, a popular cool-down spot on Binghamton's north side is re-opening just in time.

City officials said they closed down the Chery Lindsey Park Pool earlier this week due to unruly swimmers and visitors. On Friday afternoon, the pool will reopen at 1:00 pm and will remain open for the remainder of the season, as long as no further conflicts arise.
