OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. -- Four people were injured following a two car crash in Oswego County. It happened around 2:30 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Route 49 and 54 in Schroeppel.

Sheriff's Deputies say one vehicle went through a stop sign and hit a car towing a trailer.

All four people were taken to a Syracuse hospital with varying levels of injuries.
