It's shaping up to be an extremely hot and humid day, with record breaking heat in some areas. YNN meteorologists said the record high in Syracuse is 94 degrees set in 1999 and it looks like temperatures will climb into the upper 90's today. Brad Vivacqua has more on the hot day ahead.
