BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Binghamton man has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Kirkwood.

State Police say Muhasin Alsalman, 42, brought a female victim to a rural area and assaulted her on July 21st.

According to investigators, at the time of his arrest, Alsalman was allegedly trying to lure a second woman into his vehicle. He has been charged with first degree criminal sexual act and more charges are expected to be presented to a grand jury.
