BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- Charges have been re-filed against a Bradford County man after they were dropped earlier this month. Christopher Shulas, 34, was arrested back in June when authorities say he threatened to kill a 67-year-old woman and 68-year-old man at a home in Ulster, and allegedly forced a 29-year-old Binghamton woman into his car at gunpoint.

The Bradford County DA says 18 charges were dropped when a witness failed to appear for scheduled testimony. But he says those charges were re-filed and a new case has started against Shulas.
