SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse Police have identified the driver who was seriously hurt in a dirt bike crash in the city. Police said Ramon Matos, 25, lost control on the 100 block of Sabine Street around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, and hit a stop sign.

Matos was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition. Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
