SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The price at the pump continues to go up. According to SyracuseGasPrices.com, the average price for a gallon of gas rose four cents in the past week, to $3.68. That's about 20 cents higher than one month ago.

The national average also increased, by nine cents, to $3.60 a gallon.
