SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police caught three burglars in the act. Authorities were notified just after midnight about a burglary in progress at an unoccupied home on 1115 Carbon Street. Once they surrounded the home, the suspects took off on foot, but were caught quickly.

The suspects are identified as Matthew Morris, 27, Daniel Lees, 21, and Ryan Rall, 20. All three are facing a number of charges, including second degree burglary.
