COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Police have confirmed the name of the gunman they say is responsible for killing two people and injuring others in a shooting near the campus of Texas A&M. Police say Thomas Caffall, 35, was being served with an eviction notice when he opened fire from inside his home in College Station, Texas.
Caffall was killed as police tried to take him into custody.
Among the victims were a local constable and a 43-year-old man from the area.
