ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- The woman who sold prescription drugs from her Fayetteville home was sentenced Tuesday in Onondaga County Court. As part of a plea deal, Edith Crofoot, 69, was sentenced to five years of probation for selling drugs like hydrocodone and morphine to young adults out of her home, located just blocks from the Jamesville-DeWitt High School.

Crofoot must also give up all but one of her pets, as a condition of her probation, after police discovered more than 30 cats and four dogs living at her residence. Code Enforcement also ended up condemning the home.
