BROOME COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Broome County man is accused of having unwanted sexual contact with a woman. John Kalivoda, 70, of Endwell is charged with third-degree criminal sexual act for the incident involving a 43-year-old victim.

Kalivoda was arraigned in Town of Union Court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
