CAYUGA COUNTY -- Emergency crews have found the body of a missing Union Springs Man min Cayuga Lake. Crews had been searching for Daniel Dymock, 35, since Sunday.

A passing boater contacted authorities after spotting his empty boat on the water. That same witness also found Dymock's nine year old son, wearing a life jacket and floating nearby. He was in good condition.

The sheriff's office said Dymock was fishing with his son...and they were returning to shore when he fell into the water.

This is not the first tragedy for the family. Dymock's fiance, the mother of the nine year old boy, died in a car accident in 2003.
