ROME, N.Y. -- Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies arrest a man in Rome after he assaulted a deputy. They said authorities responded to the Walmart on Rome-Taberg Road, where they were told a man urinated on the floor and was sexually harassing female employees and customers.

While arresting Bruce Clark, 43, of Rome, officials said a deputy received a shoulder injury. The deputy was treated at Rome City Hospital. Clark was charged with assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He's being held on $10,000 bail.
