WATKINS GLEN, N.Y. -- A man was killed in a motorcycle crash this morning in Watkins Glen. Police responded to the call around 5:20 a.m. on State Route 14.

The investigation revealed that Ronald Tears, 65, was driving his motorcycle on the road when he struck the rear of another vehicle turning into a Dunkin Donuts parking lot.

Tears was pronounced dead at Schuyler Hospital. No charges are expected to be filed.
