NEW YORK STATE FAIRGROUNDS -- With the storms that moved through on Saturday, boaters could not be out on the water. However, that just gave many the chance to scout out some good deals at the Central New York Boat Show's fall sale.

14 dealers are at the state fairgrounds this weekend to clear out their inventory before the boating season comes to an end. Organizers said it's been a great few months to be out on the water, which means good things for the local boating industry.

"We've had a great summer. A lot of heat, a lot of sunny days, guys are really doing well. A lot of people are looking to be out on their boat, and it's great for the whole industry," said Drew Wickham, CNY Boat Show Manager.

The boat show continues at the fairgrounds on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
