STATEWIDE -- At the State Office of Emergency Management, officials are tracking reports of damage across New York. They have been urging everyone to take steps to be prepared before, during and after a storm.
"We encourage people to have weather radios, a stock of food, to have medicines, to have cash on hand if there's power outages, and just be concerned about themselves," urged Steven Kuhr, Director NYS OEM.
