JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. -- The Johnson City Police have arrested a man in connection with a Monday morning attempted robbery.

Police say A. Damian Cole, 35, attempted to rob the Floral Avenue Market at gun point around 10:15 a.m. Monday.

Police say no items or money was stolen from the store, but a search warrant was executed at Cole's home where police say they found evidence of the crime.

Cole has been charged with felony attempted robbery and is being held pending arraignment.
