MAYVILLE, N.Y. — Police have identified the man they believe is behind the shooting death of the superintendent of Clymer Central School.

Anthony Robert Taglianetti II of Woodbridge, Virginia, is considered armed and dangerous by police. Police believe that the shooting death of Keith Reed Jr. was not a random act and has nothing to do with his capacity as superintendent or his employment at the school.

Reed's body was discovered on his property Monday, just a day after he was reported missing.

According to Chautauqua County Sheriff Joe Gerace, police have information that puts Taglianetti in Chautauqua County on Friday. Police believe he has since left the state.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Sheriff's Office at (716) 753-4231 or (716) 661-7231, or the Prince William County Sheriff's Department in Virginia.
