Teen walking to school grabbed by man
ELMIRA, N.Y. -- Detectives want your help trying to track down a man who grabbed a teen while she was walking to school.
The incident happened around 10 a.m. Tuesday at the corner of Main and Miller streets in Elmira.
A 15-year-old says a man approached her, grabbed her on the arm and made derogatory comments. The student told an officer at the school when she arrived. A woman also witnessed what happened and called police.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, thin build, about six feet tall, short brown hair, glasses and a tattoo on one of his calves
