SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Interstate 690 East closure scheduled for today has been delayed. It was supposed to be closed for bridge work at North Crouse Avenue, a closure that would have lasted through midday Monday.

At this point, officials have not said why the closure was being delayed, or for how long.
