Authorities catch carjacking suspect
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Authorities in Onondaga County coordinate an impressive effort to catch a carjacking suspect. Syracuse Police said a suspect stole a car from a parking garage on South Salina Street after coming up to the owner with a knife around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
After spreading detailed information, a deputy spotted the stolen vehicle in Clay just after 3:00 p.m. Another deputy had to use stop sticks to get the driver to stop. The driver was identified as Bryant Brown, 21, of Syracuse. He is now facing multiple charges in Syracuse and Clay, including first degree robbery and grand.
