50 homes in Queens destroyed in fire
QUEENS, N.Y. -- Firefighters in New York City are battling a major fire in a flooded neighborhood in Queens. At least 50 homes have been destroyed.
Officials say the fire started around 11 p.m. Monday in an area flooded by Sandy.
More than 190 firefighters are at the scene. Two people received minor injuries. There is no word yet on a cause.
