CLINTON, N.Y. -- Search teams said they have found the body of a missing Oneida County man. John Bruce, 64, of Clinton, had not been seen for nearly one month.

Rescue crews found his body on Sunday in a heavily wooded area near his Fountain Street apartment. The Eagle Valley Search and Rescue Dog Teams were scouring the area all weekend long.

Investigators are thanking local businesses who provided food, water, and lodging for the search teams. An autopsy is being performed to determine the cause of death.
