BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - For the second-straight winter a report says the B-Mets are on the verge of being sold and moved to Ottawa despite repeated vehement denials by the franchise's ownership.

The report by Baseball America is essentially the exact same report that came out more than a year ago saying a group is going to buy the franchise and move it north of the border and in its place at NYSEG Stadium would be the current Batavia Muckdogs on the Single-A New York-Penn League.
