Armory Square businesses burglarized
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A burglar targets a number of popular businesses in Syracuse's Armory Square. The break-ins happened between Sunday night and Monday morning.
Syracuse Police say a man broke into Elsbeth Rose clothing store, taking cash from the register. From Starbucks, a laptop computer was also reported stolen. The alarm system at Blue Tusk was ripped off. The burglar also made it inside The Lemon Grass Restarurant, but nothing was reported stolen.
All of the businesses are connected by a common hallway.
Investigators aren't sure how to suspect got into all of the businesses.
The suspect was seen wearing a brown puffy coat with a red hooded sweatshirt and black Nike sneakers.
Anyone with information on the burglaries is asked to call Syracuse Police.
