BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Binghamton last month.
Police have arrested Taqwon Griffin, who they say shot Clifford Harris in the leg several times on November 13th while he stood in the parking lot of the an apartment complex on Roberts Street.
Griffin has been charged with attempted murder.
