LAFAYETTE, N.Y. -- Four people have lost their home to a fire in Onondaga County.

Four fire departments were on the scene at the mobile home on Coye Road in LaFayette around 9 p.m. Thursday.

It was a dangerous situation with flames being spread by the wind. Crews also had to truck in water, making the situation that much more difficult.

No one was hurt in the fire.

The two adults and two teenagers who lived there were not home at the time. They're being helped by neighbors and the American Red Cross.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
