Driver and pedestrian injured in crash at 690/695 exchange
GEDDES, N.Y. — A driver and pedestrian are injured following a crash in Onondaga County.
Sheriff's Deputies say icy road conditions caused 19-year-old Alyssa Fleury of Warners to lose control of her vehicle on the Route 695 ramp off 690 West around 1:15 p.m. Thursday in the Town of Geddes.
David Cloutier, 24, got out to help her, and was hit by a pick-up truck who also lost control.
Cloutier was taken to Upstate University Hospital with multiple fractures.
Fleury was also taken to the hospital for a head injury.
