HASTINGS, N.Y. -- Twin brothers were arrested in connection with a gas station robbery in Oswego County.

Police say an armed masked man tried to rob the Mirabito Gas Station on Route 11 in Hastings around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

After an investigation, police arrested Damian and John Bonanni, 27.

Police say John was the man who busted into the store with what was actually determined to be a BB gun. He has been charged with first degree attempted robbery.

Damian was charged with conspiracy for allegedly driving his brother to and from the gas station.
