BRADFORD COUNTY, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania woman has been being accused of stealing drugs from a North Towanda health facility.

Troopers say Heather Raezer, 25, from Towanda, took narcotics from the Personal Care Home of Memorial Hospital. According to investigators, the drugs were taken for personal use.

Raezer is facing several charges, including a misdemeanor for violating the controlled substance Drug Device and Cosmetic Act. She will appear in court on a later date.
