SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The man arrested for a drive by murder in the City of Syracuse has been indicted by a grand jury.

Eric Walker, 24, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of November 18th. Police say he was hit during a drive by shooting by Dion Robertson, 24, on South McBride Street near Wieser Court.

Robertson has been indicted on one count of second degree murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
