TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Authorities in Ithaca say a taxi cab robber is on the loose and they're asking for the public's help in tracking him down.

Authorities say a driver for Cayuga Taxi arrived at Graham Road around 11:30 p.m. Saturday to pick up a fare, when a man got in his cab, pulled out a gun and demanded money. The suspect is described as six-feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded jacket and jeans.
