Mother accused of passing jailed son drugs
YATES COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Yates County mother is under arrest, accused of passing her jailed son drugs through a kiss.
Deputies say Kimberly Margeson, 54, was visiting her son, William Partridge, 30, when she passed Oxycodone by transferring pills from her mouth to his.
Margeson was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. She's also charged with promoting prison contraband. She pleaded not guilty and was sent to jail on $2,000 cash bail.
Partridge had been previously jailed on a weapons possession charge.
