SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- It's that time of year to celebrate and experience some local Syracuse cuisine. The 2013 AmeriCU Dining Week in downtown Syracuse kicks off next Friday the 15th, marking its ninth year.
23 restaurants will be offering three courses for $25 or less from February 15th through February 28th. Organizers are expecting thousands to take advantage of the nearly two week long offer.
And this year, the event is working with downtown's Everson Museum. Those who take advantage of Dining Week will receive 20 percent off admission at the museum, to celebrate its 116th anniversary.
Steven Kern, Executive Director of Everson Museum said, "It's great for all of us to be able to come together. I'm absolutely delighted that we can participate. We've had Dining with the Masters in the past and this is a whole new way for us to be able to continue this relationship with the restaurants downtown."
